The COLBAKE SPT resting chamber is designed to integrate into compact lines, offering controlled and efficient resting of the dough without taking up large spaces. Its system allows for uniform gluten relaxation, improving the manageability of the pieces and ensuring a continuous flow within the production process, with consistent and high-quality results.
3-nest buckets
The nests of this chamber can load pieces from 30 to 800 grams in the 1-way chambers and from 30 to 350 grams in the 2-way chambers.

Loading system with paddles
Precise loading with two paddles that distribute the dough pieces into each of the 3 nests of the buckets.
UV lamps
