Dough Rounders

The dough rounders COLBAKE are high-production machines designed to round dough pieces after the dividing process. This equipment operates using cone, spiral, or channel systems that rotate the dough on itself, forming uniform and well-structured balls.

Its operation allows for the production of homogeneous pieces without damaging the dough, respecting its internal structure and improving its handling in subsequent processes. This promotes a more regular fermentation and a final result with better volume, texture, and presentation.
