BR Band rounder

Rounder for highly hydrated doughs


The band rounder is a machine designed to shape the dough using a continuous system of belts and rollers that work smoothly and progressively. They are ideal for doughs with hydration above 70%. Its operation ensures precise shaping without damaging the dough, promoting balanced fermentation and a final result with greater volume, better texture, and a uniform presentation.
