CR Conical rounder
Mixer for low/medium hydration doughs
The conical rounder is a machine designed to refine and shape the dough using a rotating cone system and a helical channel that continuously guides the pieces. This equipment allows the dough to roll and stretch smoothly over the conical surface, generating a more compact and uniform structure in each piece.
This machine can work with doughs that have a hydration level from 50% to 65%. The result is well-formed pieces, with greater consistency, better volume, and a constant final quality.
Adjustable rotation speed
The rotation speed of the cone can be adjusted with a potentiometer, allowing you to find the optimal point for each dough.
Flour sifter with motor
The flour sifter is powered by an independent motor and is adjustable with a potentiometer.
Cone with treatment
The cone is available with these treatments:
-Teflon coating: for hydration between 50 and 58%
-Nickel plating: for hydration between 58 and 65%
Available models CR-T y CR-N
The CR-T model has a Teflon-coated cone and the CR-N model has a nickel-plated cone
