Dividing machine with prerounder DR


The divider DR COLBAKE is a high-precision and production machine. This machine dough divider is designed to volumetrically divide and pre-round doughs with hydration from 50 to 65%. The operation of the divider consists of a piston that absorbs the dough, compresses it, and expels it. This system provides excellent weight accuracy without damaging the dough.

Dividing machine without prerounder DV


The divider DV COLBAKE has a simple output belt. It allows working with doughs from 50 to 80% hydration (for high hydration, some accessories may be required). The controls and weight adjustments of these machines are done manually.

Simple controls


The machine has manual controls that allow for the following functions:
