Divider with touch screen and automatic weight adjustment
The divider COLBAKE is a high-precision and production machine. This machine dough divider is designed to volumetrically divide and preround doughs. The operation of the divider consists of a piston that absorbs the dough, compresses it, and expels it. This system provides excellent weight accuracy without damaging the dough.
Touch screen
7-inch touch screen that allows working with recipes. It controls all machine parameters and prevents human errors. The operator simply selects the product and that's it.
Motorized weight
The machine automatically configures to divide the weight of the selected product (it does not work with actual grams, but with weight references).
Flour duster with motor
Allows very precise control of when to sprinkle flour and for how long, independently for each saved recipe.
Centralized panel
All electrical components are centralized in a cabinet completely protected from flour dust and possible splashes.
