Dough Divider for Fermented and High Hydration Dough DSF


The DSF dough divider is a machine designed to portion dough with maximum precision and care, replicating a process very similar to manual work. Thanks to its division system, it handles the dough gently, avoiding degassing and respecting its internal structure, just as a baker would do in an artisanal manner.

Its operation allows working with high-hydration fermented doughs. This translates into better behavior during fermentation and a high-quality final product, maintaining the artisanal character in more efficient production processes.

DR/DV90 from 30 up to 450g.

DSF110 from 50 up to 600g.

DR/DV120 from 80 up to 950g.

DR/DV135 from 150 up to 1400g. 

Ideal for very hydrated doughs


Thanks to its unique dividing system, it allows dividing already fermented doughs of up to 100% hydration while completely respecting the structure of the dough.

The hopper can be 50L, 80L, 150L, 200L, and 250L.

Total control with touchscreen


The touchscreen allows working with recipes and saving different products with all adjustable parameters.
