Active Press Shaper


The moulder COLBAKE is a high-precision and production machine, designed to uniformly shape dough pieces after the resting process. This shaper works through a system of rollers and belts that progressively stretch and roll the dough until the desired length and shape are achieved. Its operation ensures great consistency in each piece, adapting to different bread formats.

Stretching function


This machine is ideal for shaping these products:

-Breads with very hydrated doughs (80% to 100% hydration) that would stick to the rollers of classic shapers.

-Products that need to be very thin and long: pretzel and simit.

Flattening function


The upper press reverses its rotation direction allowing the products to be flattened to obtain flat shapes.

Flour sifter


The shaper has a lower press that can be used to further elongate products to make baguettes or longer loaves.

The upper press can be used alone for shorter products like rolls or sandwich bread.
