DRT divider (for round and elongated pieces), maximum versatility


Thanks to the fact that the DRT divider allows working with both round and elongated pieces, the line can produce a wide variety of products and formats.

Additionally, the SPV int proofer allows loading from both sides, making it possible to add a second DSF divider to also produce artisanal quality products.

Discharge system with V-belts, and M70-PAN-APS former


The resting proofer deposits the pieces very regularly and stably.

The M70-PAN-APS former is equipped with an entry system with active press and flour duster, as well as a roller centering system, allowing work with highly hydrated doughs (up to 75%) with maximum guarantees.

Cutting system for large productions of rolls


The former is equipped with a disc cutting system with two pneumatic aligners that produces:

-up to 4200 1/2 baguettes / hour.

-up to 6300 rolls / hour (cutting into 3 pieces).

-up to 8400 rolls / hour (cutting into 4 pieces).

Aligner with two pairs of V-belts


This system has multiple advantages:

-Allows for a wide variety of positioning modes.

-Allows for the separation of products that have been cut by the difference in speed between the two pairs of belts.
